The Hybrid Training Program (HTP) is a combination of online and onsite training for professionals and parents who want to pursue a career in special education. The program involves 8 online sessions (live) and 5 days of training at the SAI Connections centre.

The Hybrid Training Program trains and certifies you as an RDI (Relationship Development Intervention) consultant, through which you can counsel and guide families not only affected by autism spectrum disorder but all learning disabilities. RDI is the next generation approach to autism and other learning disabilities, helping parents and guides effectively rebuild the guiding relation between themselves and their child.
